Privacy policy

This policy applies to the Dexrat Scales website and the enquiry form on it. Dexrat Scales is a digital marketing agency. For privacy questions, write to dexratscales@gmail.com.

We collect what you choose to send us. On the enquiry form that is:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company or brand name
• Project details, and any package you selected

We also receive technical data that any website sees by default — for example your browser type, general location inferred from IP, and the pages you open — through hosting logs. We do not use that to build a marketing profile of you.

We use enquiry details to:

• Reply to your request and discuss a possible engagement
• Prepare a quote or scope when you ask for one
• Keep a short record of conversations about work
• Send a one-time confirmation that your message arrived

We do not add you to a newsletter, sell your details, or run ads against your enquiry. If that ever changes, we will say so here first.

Messages from the enquiry form are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-routing service. They process the submission so it can reach dexratscales@gmail.com. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP address when those files are requested.

If we hire contractors (for example a specialist on a project you hired us for), they only see what they need to do that work, under a duty of confidence.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the agency or another person from serious harm.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run a Meta Pixel, Google Analytics tag, or similar tracker on these pages.

Your browser may still store small technical data so the site can load (for example cached files). You can clear those in your browser settings.

If you later hire us to run Meta ads or install tracking on your site or ad account, that work is covered by the contract for that project — not by this website’s own tracking, which stays off unless we update this policy.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to reply, quote, or maintain a working relationship — typically up to 24 months after the last useful contact, then deleted or archived in a way that is no longer used for outreach. Hosting logs are rotated on the host’s normal schedule.

We send the form over HTTPS and keep the destination inbox under our control. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not put payment card numbers, passwords, or government ID in the project-details field.

You can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold your enquiry details
• Correct something that is wrong
• Delete the record, unless we must keep it for a legal reason
• Stop using your details for follow-up about a project

Email dexratscales@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in India, these requests are handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies to a small professional services firm.

This site is aimed at businesses and adult operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will move when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means the new version applies to later visits and enquiries.
